A lawyer from Universidad del Rosario, with a specialization in State, Public power and public policies. In addition he completed a diploma in state contracting at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. His education focuses on administrative law, constitutional law and state contracting, areas in which he has developed strong skills. As for his work experience, he served as an ad honorem judicial assistant in Subsection A of the Third Section of the Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, where he drafted rulings and decisions, prepared hearings and wrote reports in constitutional protection actions. He also has previous experience at the legal clinic of the Rosario University, where he handled cases in administrative and labor law, enhancing his knowledge of disciplinary and small claims processes.
