A lawyer from the Universidad Sergio Arboleda, with a specialization in Administrative Law at the Universidad de Santo Tomás, she has experience in state contracting, State liability and contractual matters related with the hydrocarbons sector. Due to her work with the Secretaría de Gobierno, she has extensive knowledge in title studies and administrative contractual law. She has worked in the drafting and supervision of LPG and Natural Gas contracts, as well as representing clients in legal proceedings and legal consultancies in businesses like Plexa S.A.S. ESP, Chahín Vargas & Asociados S.A.S. and the National Hydrocarbons Agency. She has provided consulting in licensing and permits for gas infrastructure and has experience in small claim processes and resolving public inquiries (PQRS) in State contracting.
